FE²�?ZNS CRYSTAL - AN OVERVIEW

Fe:ZnSe clear ceramics were being prepared by spark plasma sintering. Fe:ZnSe powders synthesized by means of co‐precipitation yielded perfectly‐dispersed particles with a mean particle size of 550 nm. These powders ended up in the cubic section Fe:ZnSe, indicating the productive substitution of Fe²�?for Zn²�? The best relative density, 9
